Jan Schleicher

PhD student

Jan joined the group as a Master and PhD student in April 2022 after doing a research project. He studied Biochemistry at the University of Heidelberg (B.Sc.), Biology (major in Biochemistry) at ETH Zürich (M.Sc.), and Bioinformatics at the University of Tübingen (M.Sc.). His PhD project aims to elucidate the mechanisms and driver genes of T cell exhaustion in chronic viral infection using single-cell RNA-Seq based trajectory inference methods.
