Marcello Zago

PhD student

Marcello joined the group as a PhD student in May 2024 after completing a master thesis with the group. He studied Bioinformatics (B.Sc.) at the University of Jena and continued with Bioinformatics (M.Sc.) at the University of Tübingen. His PhD project is co-supervised by Ghazaleh Tabatabei from the Hertie Institute for Clinical Brain Research. The project is part of the ClinbrAIn project and focuses on the defitintion of spatial drug activity profiles with spatial RNA velocity.
